FW: Updated ArduCopter 3.5.4 for Solo

This is ArduCopter 3.5.4 with Solo's required default parameters baked
in.  Also, on top of ArduCopter 3.5.4, this also includes the following
patches that will be in the upcoming Copter 3.5.5.
* Fixes for MOUNT_CONTROL copter yaw in guided mode
* Fixes for MOUNT_CONTROL copter yaw in missions
* APJ Tool for parameter defaults
